Charles and Stacy Butler are the founders and Pastors of Covenant Church Fox Valley in Appleton, Wisconsin, a new church plant established in December of 2007. They are proud parents of three beautiful children Joshua, Josiah and Hannah.

Charles grew up in Kenosha, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in May of 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Shortly after graduation he moved to Dallas, Texas and began attending Covenant Church in Carrollton, Texas. He married Stacy in March of 2002 and they began serving in many areas of the ministry as volunteers. For the past six years he served as armor bearer to Sr. Pastor of New Heart Worship Center, Gordon Banks. Charles graduated from Covenant Training Institute’s School of Ministry in June of 2007 and with the blessing of his pastors, he and Stacy answered the call of God to plant a Covenant Church in the Fox Valley.

Stacy grew up in Kimberly, Wisconsin and graduated from Kimberly High School in June of 1996. She moved to Dallas, Texas with her husband Charles in March of 2002. Stacy started as a volunteer in the children’s ministry at Covenant Church before serving the pastors as lead armor bearer for the Saturday night team for the past five years. Her heart is to minister to women, primarily by encouraging, mentoring and empowering single moms and young women. Stacy has a powerful ability to help women find purpose and fulfillment in the many roles they perform in our society today.

Charles and Stacy are passionate about helping God’s people find, understand and walk in their purpose; as well as live a victorious life. They want to see the kingdom of God established in the hearts and minds of the Lords people here in the Fox Valley for the Lords glory. Covenant is a church were people feel welcomed, loved and also challenged to grown in their relationship with Jesus Christ and others.
